Voice over quotes really rely on the type of project you’re doing, where it’s being broadcast, plus much more. How do you know what information I need to give you a clear quote? I will get back to you with a quote customized to YOUR project! Before we begin, let’s go over some housekeeping items to make sure we are on the same page. My goal is to make us both feel as comfortable as possible during this process.
- Please fill out this form to the best of your knowledge.
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date I return your completed form with my signature.
- Work will not be completed until both parties have come to an agreement, upon which a written contract will be provided with the terms. At this point, I will begin to work on your project.
- Quotes are not a guarantee, and can change at any time without prior notice – unless there is a written contract in place specifying the terms and conditions.
- EDITING: Most voice overs will be moderately de-breathed and run through Izotope RX7 unless otherwise noted in your quote. For a lesser rate, you can opt to have a raw file sent with no editing. ALL additional production (timing, added music, file splitting et cetera) will have an additional fee.
- SESSION FEE: Session fees will be based on the purpose of your voice over and number of sessions.
- REVISIONS: Unlimited revisions are included in your session fee for up to one week after the completed file is delivered. Revisions requested after the first week will be an additional fee.
I base my quotes off of industry standard rates, which can be found here: GVAA Rate Guide. The majority of professional voice actors go by these rates.
